Windows Live, now with MySpace

Windows Live and MySpace, together at last

You've been waiting for it, now here it is — MySpace has arrived as a Windows Live partner.

Big, big pages, splayed with colour, customised however you see fit; that's MySpace, and it's not exactly the most polite guest at the party, more brash and bold than its rather collegiate friend, Facebook.

MySpace is on board as a Windows Live partner, which means that you can now add it as a Web activity, as well as receive your friends updates through Windows Live. And if you think about it, this is great news if you're into your music, film, or just generally faffing around and finding new stuff online.

Take a look around

MySpace Music

It's still the number one destination for music online, a place where the biggest, about-to-be-biggest, and never heard of acts can share the same stage. From mammoth album launches to first demos you can see and hear it all on MySpace Music, streamed directly from the now iconic MySpace music player.

Black Curtain Australia

Find film scoops, the latest trailers, session times, and contribute your reviews to MySpace's Black Curtain. And let's not forget Black Curtain's real kicker — free ticket offers to exclusive MySpace only Australian movie premieres.

MySpace Pix

Track your face down at a myriad of gigs, parties, club nights, festivals and events covered by MySpace's private army of professional photographers.

MySpace Fashion

Check out collection exclusives, weekly style lists, the latest lookbooks from Australian and international designers, giveaways, behind the scenes videos and more at MySpace Fashion.

MySpace Arts & Culture

Take a look at the sumptuous visual feast on MySpace Arts and Culture. Packed to the brim with bodies of work from new and emerging artists, creative forums, artist on artist interviews, virtual exhibitions, and featured gallery listings for all Australian states.

Make Windows Live connections straight away

If you don't already have a MySpace profile, but you want to set one up and start adding your Windows Live contacts who are already on MySpace, all you need to do is hit the Sign up button on the MySpace homepage and create an account using your Windows Live ID. Before you've even set up your profile you can start choosing contacts from your Windows Live address book that you'd like to add as friends on MySpace.

That's just a few things you can do on MySpace Australia, we haven't even given time for what you can do with your profile, but then again that's up to you isn't it?

So what are you waiting for? Oh, instructions on how to do it. Just click here for our quick How-To.
